Hi guys,
Let me tell you lot something - I accept been a loyal TracFone user since 2016. I am so pleased with their services recently. I have worked with their operators to get me back up and going when I was transferring numbers one time. Information technology took awhile, but it worked out in the stop. I crossed over the border in one case and learned I had to replace my sim card. Oops! Explained the situation learning too late what happens when you cross the border with a TracFone and forget to plough information technology off beforehand. TracFone took care or me and mailed me a new sim with unproblematic instructions how to get re-activated with my same number. Now I am using ane of the latest iPhones, 2020 SE model with 64 Gb and the latest tech. I depend on the phone's capabilities and the internet for work picking upward batches from InstaCart. Using TracFone's "data" internet service while in the motorcar and at those stores that don't provide internet service may crusade difficulties when the point gets lost, merely it gets all figured out in the end, as well as anyone can hope for, that is.

Honey tracfone BUT

I have had a TracFone for years and beloved the service and the cost. Just ordered a new phone and lucked out, did not take to phone call for assist to become it ready up. There call centre is a terrible!!! When ever y'all need aid plan on at To the lowest degree an 60 minutes. The computers are ho-hum and they are waiting on there end and you lot of course are waiting. 10 if you demand technical help yous always have to talk to the person in training for an hr or more before they transfer you to the person that tin can set up your problem in two minutes. Only the app is good if you tin can get your answer there and if information technology is up and running. Took me all forenoon to order my new telephone considering there was some kind of problem. I did go gratis ii 2 shipping from FedX and it only took v days to go hither!.

Cracking way to salvage coin

Pros:
Have always liked Tracfone because information technology saves so much money for a pupil who doesn't need a lot of text/min. Only needed an available number for emergency utilize.

Cons:
The app could exist improve when information technology comes to loading. Also maybe similar give free data access while using the app because I couldn't buy more than data when I'm out of data unless I have WiFi so it's a huge problem when I'thousand out and I demand data desperately.

Bugs to be fixed:
Later on I bought mins/data the app brings me back to dashboard but I couldn't purchase more airtime if I want to. Only the terminal 4-5 buttons are there. The add together and buy airtime went missing unless I exit the app and login again.
Likewise the loading on my a available text/min/information seems to always not be accurate. And the loading takes very long or doesn't load at all.

Additional suggestion/request:
On top of gratis access while using app because (more likely than not you'll get more than people to buy your product anyway), can you prove details of the plans the users currently accept. I clicked on my auto refill plan to check on it and I could not find details of exactly how many mins/information/text other than price and plan.

Anyway, I still similar this plan overall despite some flaws in app. Saves me money in general and from where I'm from, cell service is non bad. (Except sometimes during heavy pelting, call will go through but actually the other end wouldn't receive it, not sure what problem exactly information technology is)
